We are on a mission to find an exceptional Store Manager to lead the brand new store in Manawa Bay.
The Role |
You will inspire and mentor a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets, celebrating outstanding achievement you will foster a instore culture that is unified and have a team of brand ambassadors.
The ideal candidate will drive a customer first approach by leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. You will work back with the support office to build your business with the right systems, product and people. You will be commercial using your understanding of the local market and ability to review data to make the best decisions for your store.
The Skillset |
You have previous Store Management experience.
You are passionate about creating a memorable service experience for your customers.
You have experience in coaching and training team members.
You have experience effectively managing rosters and wage control and inventory management.
You have excellent time management skills.
