The Role |
The Regional Manager is a newly created role, that will report directly to the Chief Retail Officer. You will be hands on, always leading with the business values and work to support the store teams within the QLD/ NZ region. You’ll be strategic and work to deliver on the key pillars within the business. You will get outside of the store and into community once a week to build relationships with local and aligned partners each week and create value adding events that inspire your team, community and immersing yourself in fitness.
You will work closely alongside the HQ and be the glue that connects the store team to different departments. This role is responsible for growing local community connections, coaching and developing your team and driving brand growth.
Develop a leadership team to be entrepreneurial and own their business - coach and support them in creating strong in-store strategies to elevate performance, share the brand values and educate the community on their world class product.
Support ongoing learning and development of all store team consistently and equitably by providing direct feedback and addressing performance concerns timely.
Foster a culture that is all about being better each day, working collaboratively, there is diversity in the team, unity in goals and coaching is part of the everyday.
Coach your team on setting fitness, career and personal goals.
Support, Facilitate and design in store workshops to provide our community an opportunity to connect with us and add value to their brand experience.
Encourage your team to get involved in fitness sessions and joining classes yourself to make effortless connections in the community.
Own your region through managing and measuring store success based on key KPI’s.
Deliver weekly and monthly reflections on business performance, strengths and opportunities.
Ensure your team has the product knowledge to educate our community on the core and current product ranges, relevant for their needs.
The Skillset |
You are a dynamic Multi- Site Leader with 5-7 years’ experience, having managed a minimum portfolio of 6-10 stores with a strong background in retail leadership. You can adapt quickly, multitask and work effectively under pressure.
The ideal candidate has a love of fitness and likes to move their body each day. You are community minded and have a proven skills in building a successful team culture. You are challenging the status quo and show perseverance to grow results beyond what is the impossible, keeping people at the heart of what you do.
We are looking for someone who is the ideal team player – can collaborative with multiple departments and has a good sense of autonomy, you have a solutions-focused approach to things. You lead from the front and can inspire, educate and motivate those around you.
You are a well-developed leader: always striving for self-improvement and developing those around you.
