The Role |

Our client is seeking an eCommerce and Marketing Manager to join their team, a pivotal role in shaping their online presence and driving digital growth. This position involves managing eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and brand awareness strategies to enhance online sales and visibility.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates, ensuring optimal customer experience.

  • Overseeing front-end content management and merchandising, aligning with the brand's standards and customer needs.

  • Conducting regular reporting on eCommerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvements.

  • Managing the eCommerce budget, ensuring efficient spending and accurate forecasting of future objectives.

  • Enhancing customer experience by reducing bounce rates, minimising cart abandonment, and improving overall satisfaction.

  • Executing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Analysing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve marketing goals and optimise return on investment.

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.

  • Monitor social media trends, track KPIs, and optimise strategies for improved performance.

  • Curating and managing photoshoots to ensure visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and marketing objectives.

The Skillset |

  • Experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies for online channels.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, user experience, and digital marketing tactics.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation, with a creative approach to engaging audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Shopify Plus, and Klaviyo.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
