Due to growth, we seek a Product Developer- Apparel to join their talented and high performing Product Team, reporting to their Product Design and Development Manager.

Graphic capsules are a critical part of their assortment each season. As a part of their Colour & Graphics team, we are looking for a mid-level Product developer who understands the DNA of their brand, loves cycling products and can take end to end ownership of their graphic capsules.

This role will be responsible for working alongside their Graphic Designers, applying graphic concepts to seasonal cycling apparel drops and managing these designs through their critical path.

The Role |

  • Interpreting option plans, briefs and direction provided by their Product Managers.

  • Working alongside Graphic Designers both briefing in graphic stories, and then working with artwork they deliver to create resolved product ranges.

  • Building out graphic concepts, applying graphics to apparel & accessories, sizing artwork and creating new colourways, to build cohesive product stories that fulfill design briefs.

  • Managing range boards & maintaining accurate CAD’s.

  • Working with Designers, and Colourists to ensure cohesive merchandising, and working through lab dip and strike off submissions.

  • Completing, maintaining Bill Of Materials and to-scale artwork in PLM system.

  • Working alongside a Garment Tech on graphic placement and reviewing graphic positioning on body in fit sessions.

The Skillset |

You will be an experienced Product Developer - Apparel who has demonstrated ability ideally in performance cycling, sporting, or technical apparel.

  • Demonstrated experience in Apparel Design

  • An eye for colour and graphics

  • Understanding of sublimation printing

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Exceptional time management skills, working to a critical path
