The Brand |

This haircare and styling brand is one of the fastest growing beauty brands globally – and is based right here in Melbourne! Stocked in over 5000+ stores globally and growing, they have a presence in the USA, UK, EUROPE and MIDDLE EAST and are looking for an exceptional eCommerce & Paid Performance Manager to join their fast-growing team and support their global takeover!

The Role |

The E-Commerce & Paid Performance Manager will oversee online sales channel, paid ads, website and manage the updates to content, product launches for websites alongside overseeing all meta and google paid ads.

·        Manage all regional Shopify websites ensuring all content is updated, sales promotional activity, content/website banners, and any updates required.

  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn Ads .

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to clients’ goals, implement these strategies, and refine them based on performance.

  • Technical SEO Implementation: Conduct in-depth audits, identify technical SEO opportunities, and execute on-page and off-page strategies in collaboration with internal teams or client developers.

  • Conduct website and landing page audits to recommend and implement CRO improvements.

  • Meet Ecommerce Sales KPI, ensuring the growth and drive sales conversions.

  • Manage the back end of website with new product launches, website banners, descriptions, and any content required for the store.

  • Manage strategy for their global E-commerce store across global markets.

  • Manage weekly EDM content and send out to mailer list to drive website sales conversions.

  • Drive digital promotional activity across social media and ecommerce channels. Eg; Afterpay Sale, Click Frenzy, Black Friday Sale and any other ecommerce market promotions.

  • Assist in developing a CRM program to drive awareness, build customer loyalty and increase on their ecommerce stores, work with Yotpo/Klaviyo.

  • Internal management, measurement and reporting on paid performance (Meta, Search & TikTok) in line with KPI’s

The Skillset |

  • Must have experience with Shopify across multiple international currencies and localised website activity.

  • Basic coding website development skills

  • Proficiency in A/B testing

  • Experience with CRM applications such as Klaviyo, YotPo

  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimising campaigns that drive exceptional results (e.g., ROAS, ROI, lead volume, etc.)

  • Experience with Meta, Google Ads

  • Experience with SEM/SEO management and strategy

  • Excellent communicator with ability to report and review data

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • A can-do attitude able to work collaboratively with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
