The Role |

As the Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the brand’s vision to life through creative and innovative styling. You’ll lead the charge in styling for the brand’s website and social media channels along with photoshoots and campaign imagery.

Styling: Lead and execute all styling for e-commerce, campaigns, social content, and activations, creating on-brand, trend-driven looks that resonate with the brands customer. Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to align on collection visions, ensure optimal fit presentation, and review styling with creative leadership.

Operations: Coordinate with merchandising on sample tracking, prepare products for shoots, and manage on-set workflow with the production team to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.

Leadership: Mentor junior stylists and studio assistants, collaborate on creative direction, and foster a supportive, inclusive environment while driving cross-functional partnerships.

Events & Activations: Style brand events and activations in partnership with the PR team.

Bricks & Mortar: Guide visual direction and styling for the brands retail spaces.

The Skillset |

  • 5-7 years in women’s fashion styling, spanning studio and campaign environments.  

  • Strong understanding of the studio environment and the collaboration of roles within.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills. 

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines.

  • Anticipate and resolve creative challenges using appropriate resources and/or solutions.

  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Keeps up to date on current trends, competitive landscape and applies these learnings with a strong brand lens. 

  • Strong understanding of the US customer and seasonality. 

  • Communicates Effectively — Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. 

  • Ability to articulate trends and ideas effectively to the team and to give & receive feedback.  

  • Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will be flexible in their working hours to meet shoot requirements, including traveling to shoot locations. This role will require physical stamina to stand for long periods and lifting heavy objects on set.
