The Brand |
This Sydney based fine jewellery brand specialises in diamonds and has been spotted on some of the biggest celebrities in the world. Over the last 7 years they have built the brand to include a high performing retail boutique and a growing online channel, with a global audience. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the newly appointed GM and work collaboratively to grow their online presence as the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager.
The Role |
Based in Double Bay – you will be a key player in driving the success of the business through effective ecommerce optimisation and management, marketing strategies and execution. This is a small founder led business where you will be hands on across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and general marketing duties also to create brand awareness and exposure.
Your primary focus will be to continue to evolve the website and grow online sales, social media marketing, and event management to boost brand visibility, engage customers, and increase sales.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the online store, including website optimisation, user experience improvement, and product catalogue management.
Monitor online sales performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates, AOV and revenue.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer support.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media trends, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimise performance.
Help, plan and execute both online and offline events to promote the brand, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators related to ecommerce and marketing efforts.
The Skillset |
Developed experience in a eCommerce and Digital Marketing role preferably built across Australian Designer Fashion or luxury
Previous experience of developing and executing growth strategies for online channels
Solid understanding of ecommerce operations, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and social media management tools.
Strong written and communication skills.
Creative mindset and deep knowledge across all main social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and a passion for continually staying up to date in this continuously changing environment.
Experience in ShopifyPlus. Klayvio, Google Analytics etc
