The Brand |

This Sydney based Fine Jewellery brand specialises in diamonds and has been spotted on some of the biggest celebrities in the world. Over the last 7 years they have built the brand to include a high performing retail boutique and a growing online channel, with a global audience. In this front-facing role you will bring to life exceptional client experiences and instil a passion for fine jewellery in your clients and sales team. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Manager to join our client in their Double Bay Showroom.  

The Role | 

In this role, you will be an exemplary brand ambassador working with existing VIP clientele and forging relationships with new clients. You will bring passion and experience to this role and use your strategic vision to support the broader team in bringing exceptional client experiences to life. You will be results-driven with an in-depth knowledge of how to engage VIP client relations and have a passion for Luxury products with an inventory of product knowledge behind you. In this role, you will be a key player in the success of the wider business by delivering exceptional results and maintaining operational excellence.  

The Skillset | 

We are looking for a true Luxury profile. If you have the following we would love to hear from you:  

  • 3+ years in Luxury retail, profiles with experience in Fine Jewellery will be highly favoured  

  • Immaculately presented  

  • Have a genuine passion for Luxury sales and the ability to retain in-depth product knowledge 

  • Experience growing and managing a portfolio of VIP & VVIP clientele  

  • The ability to deliver a second-to-none client experience where going above and beyond is the norm 

  • Great communication – spoken and written  

  • Availability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster (with the option of rotating weekends off)
