We are sourcing a Multi Site Manager to join the team for this leading swimwear brand. This is a newly created role based in NSW, with frequent travel to QLD, reporting to the General Manager. This role is a role with lots of growth potential!
The Role |
You are an experienced and passionate Retail Multi-Site Manager already, you will provide sales and operational leadership to the stores across your portfolio. In addition you:
Lead from the front in all that you do, fostering a culture of team work, proactiveness and solutions based thinking.
Recruit, train and develop a retail team that is consumer-centric, confident in their product knowledge, and motivated to hit store KPIs and targets.
Ensure the store creates a compelling experience for the consumer, and visual merchandising guidelines are met.
Develop and maintain In-store operational systems, including drafting and distributing manuals/ procedures, ensuring all staff members are appropriately trained, inducted and compliant with approved procedures.
Ensure store security systems and protocols are maintained, cash handling is carried in a safe and secure manner, and risk management controls are followed.
Coordinate and oversee the running of Bi-Annual stock takes across all stores and in accordance with the stocktake calendar, investigating and reporting on any major discrepancies.
Ensure all stores and employees abide by Health and Safety legislation, and facilitate a physically and psychologically safe workplace.
The Skillset |
3+ years in a multi-site, cluster or area manager role, preferably in the apparel industry.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with very strong organisation skills.
Demonstrable experience in recruiting and building a team of high-performing retail members.
A passion for retail, with an eye for maximising sales and profit opportunities.
Experience with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Power BI an advantage.
Able to travel interstate regularly.
A Driver’s License and own car.
