This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role |

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management (AU & US):

  • Oversee day-to-day execution across our AU and US Shopify sites, ensuring a smooth, on-brand customer experience.

  • Lead all visual merchandising updates: homepage refreshes, collection sequencing, campaign banners, and promotional overlays.

  • Build custom landing pages and update the homepage for new season launches, product drops, and brand campaigns.

  • Execute all product uploads, including imagery, copy, pricing, tagging, and variant configuration—ensuring accuracy across both DTC and wholesale accounts.

  • Manage wholesale product uploads and data consistency in line with B2B partner requirements.

  • Implement and manage collection automation rules for efficient product categorisation.

  • Maintain and optimise SearchSpring functionality including facets, filters, synonyms, and search results logic to improve product discovery.

Analytics, A/B Testing & CRO:

  • Own performance tracking across Shopify, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

  • Regularly report on product performance, site KPIs, and user behaviour—delivering actionable insights for optimisation.

  • Plan and implement ongoing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives focused on improving site experience, engagement, and revenue.

  • Partner with the marketing and creative teams to drive best-in-class UX and support campaign goals.

Site QA & Testing:

  • Collaborate on website testing during new feature rollouts or seasonal updates—ensuring functionality and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

  • Support bug reporting and liaise with developers or Shopify experts to ensure timely resolutions.

UX & Merchandising:

  • Execute seasonal and campaign-driven remerchandising of product collections, ensuring alignment with stock levels, marketing priorities, and visual appeal.

  • Monitor and maintain an exceptional mobile-first user experience, optimising load times, navigation, filtering, and on-site search.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-impact visuals and messaging across the site.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with brand, merchandising, product, operations, and CS teams to support cohesive, end-to-end launches and campaigns.

  • Liaise with third-party developers and app partners to roll out new functionality or troubleshoot site issues.

The Skillset |

  • 3–5+ years' experience in e-commerce, ideally in a fast-paced DTC fashion or retail environment.

  • Deep understanding of Shopify (essential).

  • Experience with AP21 and The Retail Score highly regarded but not essential.

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a data-first approach.

  • Experienced in A/B testing tools and methodologies.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting dashboards is a bonus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
