With growth opportunities ahead, they are seeking an ECommerce & Marketing Manager to drive digital sales, brand positioning, customer engagement, and commercial success.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, brand strategy and storytelling, and customer acquisition. Work directly with the Founder & Head of Business & Growth, ensuring that DTC revenue growth, customer retention, and brand elevation are achieved in line with business objectives.
 

The Role |
This role will be responsible for:

  • Driving online revenue growth through optimised digital marketing, eCommerce performance, and customer retention strategies.

  • Leading the creative direction for content, ensuring a high-quality, brand-elevating aesthetic across all digital channels.

  • Executing a data-driven digital marketing strategy across paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and website UX.

  • Building a structured NDIS marketing strategy, creating targeted campaigns to increase awareness and accessibility for eligible customers.

  • Implementing a scalable drop shipping strategy, placing products on select third-party retail platforms to increase visibility and sales.

  • Aligning marketing efforts with financial goals, ensuring strong ROAS (return on ad spend), profitability, and efficient allocation of resources.

 
Key Responsibilities
ECommerce Growth & Digital Sales Optimisation

  • Own the DTC growth strategy, ensuring conversion rate optimisation (CRO), AOV (average order value) uplift, and repeat purchase growth.

  • Oversee Shopify website management, improving UX/UI, product merchandising, and mobile optimisation.

  • Implement conversion-driving initiatives, including bundle promotions, loyalty programs, and email re-engagement campaigns.

  • Leverage Shopify Analytics & Google Analytics to track sales trends, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.

  • Optimise the NDIS customer purchasing journey, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.

 
Digital Marketing, Content & Customer Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy, covering:

    • Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) – Monitor ROAS, optimise campaigns, and scale spend efficiently.

    • Email Marketing (Klaviyo) – Drive segmentation, automation, and re-engagement strategies.

    • SEO & Organic Traffic Growth – Improve rankings through content marketing and website optimisation.

  • Own brand positioning, storytelling & content strategy. Ensure a premium, consistent visual identity across digital channels.

  • Increase video marketing efforts, including:

    • Educational storytelling (adaptive fashion benefits, accessibility features).

    • Product demos & explainer videos.

    • Influencer collaborations & customer testimonials.

  • Leverage influencer marketing & community engagement to strengthen brand authority and drive conversions.

 
Brand Elevation & Creative Direction

  • Oversee creative direction for all content, ensuring high-quality photography, styling, and digital assets align with premium positioning.

  • Manage professional photoshoots, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and models to elevate brand perception.

  • Develop a structured content calendar, aligning marketing initiatives with product launches, key retail moments, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Ensure social media is both aspirational and educational, providing value to the adaptive fashion community.

 
Drop Shipping & Retail Partner Strategy

  • Identify and onboard select retail partners to feature through a drop shipping model.

  • Optimise product listings and digital merchandising for third-party platforms, ensuring strong brand presence.

  • Work closely with logistics to streamline drop shipping operations while maintaining brand consistency.

 
NDIS Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop an NDIS-specific marketing strategy (in collaboration with the Founder), ensuring customers understand how to claim funding for adaptive fashion.

  • Create targeted campaigns for plan managers, service providers, and the allied health sector to increase brand awareness.

  • Expand partnerships with disability-focused organisations, advocacy groups, and B2B healthcare stockists.

 
 The Skillset |

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand marketing for a fashion, retail, or purpose-driven brand.

  • Strong commercial mindset – ability to align marketing with financial performance.

  • Proven track record in Shopify management, CRO, and eCommerce revenue growth.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid social ads, and email segmentation and flow management (Klaviyo).

  • Experience with influencer marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

  • Ability to drive brand elevation through strong creative execution, content planning, and storytelling.

  • Experience in wholesale marketing, B2B sales support, or retailer collaboration is preferred but not necessary.
