They are on a mission to elevate and grow their business – and as such we are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Manager that has an evident love for all things digital, data and analytics!  

The Role |

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce, the Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for all digital marketing channels and for driving online traffic to the website while maintaining a high ROI.

Specifically, you will:

  • Grow the online business, ensuring ROI and revenue growth on all digital channels.

  • Manage external partners and suppliers to grow digital marketing channels.

  • Create innovative content to manage and execute EDM and other campaigns via CRM.

  • Execute cost-efficient performance digital marketing strategies that drive strong user acquisition and engagement. The strategy will outline a clear roadmap for each of our acquisition channels; providing goals, tactical initiatives and budget/resourcing guidance.

  • Lead and implement category-focused digital marketing experiments across paid social (FB/IG).

  • Research new ideas and channels and stay on top of new digital trends.

  • Manage digital media budgets and make sure digital marketing spend is profitable.

  • Ongoing optimisation and scaling of digital campaigns, driven by data and results.

  • Brainstorm and test new creative offers, audiences and features to continuously find new approaches that result in new user acquisition and customer retention.

  • Source and execute aligned brand collaborations that are mutually beneficial

  • Create and deliver new customer acquisition campaigns that meet agreed targets

  • Coordination of stock, creative, media budget for acquisition campaigns

  • Run paid ads accounts (hands on experience required): Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest

  • Onboarding flows and user journeys, segmentation

  • Database growth email and sms, lead gen campaigns, competitions

  • In market activities to raise brand visibility

  • UGC for ads

The Skillset |

You are a skilled trader – who loves eComm & retail – and is excited about the meaningful mission this brand is on. You have a solid digital background, with exceptional attention to detail, a strategic approach, and your impact on customer experience is legendary.

  • A minimum of 2- 3 years’ Digital Marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and have a great understanding of a range of social media platforms, SEO, SEM and content marketing in order to achieve the desired results.

  • Ability to navigate various marketing tools including Facebook business manager, Klaviyo and Shopify Plus or similar.

  • Media buying experience (Meta as non-negotiable, Google experience is a bonus)

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills and be a team player with an outstanding drive to succeed.

  • Possess excellent time management and organisational skills and hold a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Some creative skillset around asset creation in canva would be desirable but not essential
