Founded under the idea of creative disruption, this brand is known for its design and art projects which connect commercial retail with various worlds of art. Fusing fashion, commerce, and art, their showrooms have been featured time and again in global publications for its unique and experimental presentation of its design and product. We are sourcing a Store Manager to join the team at Sydney International Airport.

The Role |

  • Lead the team in executing an exceptional customer service experience and creating memorable moments by exceeding their expectations; building long-term customer relationships 

  • Drive and maximize sales performance of the team to achieve and exceed sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability 

  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active customer-facing role on the sales floor through customer engagement 

  • Communicates company set KPIs for all quantitative and qualitative metrics; identifies and implements strategies to ensure performance standards are met for all the KPIs 

  • Maintains operations by ensuring compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedure 

  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers 

  • Recruitment (in collaboration with Brand Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Seoul-based Retail Ops team), training, developing, and coaching all members of the store team to ensure high performance, productivity, and enhanced customer engagement 

The Skillset |

  • Sales achievement in the luxury retail environment  

  • Management and leadership experience 

  • Eyewear industry knowledge is advantageous 

  • Customer relationship management 

  • Customer-oriented 

  • Initiative and Problem-Solving abilities 

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 

  • Inventory Management systems knowledge  

  • English language proficiency (spoken & written)
