We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the brand new store opening December in Fountain Gate.
The Role |
We are looking for a Store Leader who loves sport and fitness and can drive sales and lead people, who can engage and deliver results through their team. You will have the opportunity to lead the team and be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
Sales - the ability to drive sales growth, meet targets and optimize store performance
Rostering - managing rosters considering store performance and wage spend
VM - understanding of visual merchandising principles to create appealing and on-brand store displays, taking pride of how a store is presented
Leadership - strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
Customer service - commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and familiarity with sales techniques
Coaching - experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive culture
Community - excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with community partners
Passion - team leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about and represents the values of the brand
The Skillset |
You will have previous store management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
Be a strong team player, fostering unity and cooperation
Decision-making abilities, considering both short-term and long-term implications for the team and organization
Clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
Effective organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks in order to achieve goals
Embracing and respecting diversity within the team and customers
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
Enthusiasm for the sport and fitness industry
Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster
