The Role |

In this role you will be a motivated, quick thinking and detail-oriented Finance Manager who plays a key role in the implementation and maintenance of the very highest standards of financial management, analysis and reporting.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the Business. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial success and possess strong leadership and analytical skills.

  • Financial Insights: Dive into the numbers, make sense of them, and tell the story. Prepare financial statements and reports that matter.

  • Risk Whisperer: Assess and tackle financial risks strategically. Stay ahead of industry trends and keep us on the pulse.

  • Cash Flow Guru: Keep a keen eye on the cashflow, ensure we’re sailing smoothing. Optimise working capital.

  • Team Captain: Lead and mentor the finance squad. Create a culture of collaboration and improvement.

 

The Skillset |
