The Brand |
This brand came to life in 2014 through a deep, authentic love of yoga and a desire to reimagine workout wear through a fashion-forward lens. They are growing with expansion plans set across Australia - we are currently looking for an entrepreneurially-minded and proactive Store Manager to lead their Bondi Junction Flagship.
The Role |
You will have a strong focus on your customer experience and relationship building. Your role is to coordinate the presentation of the retail environment in a way that promotes the brand as the best version of itself and supports reaching sales targets and KPIs. Working a Tuesday to Saturday and you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of your store and motivating your team to exceed sales targets. You are responsible for setting the tone and leading from the front to ensure your store's operations, profit, look, feel, and service authentically represent and promote the brand.
The Skillset |
At least 2 years in a Store Management or Assistant Manager position within an Australian Designer fashion or accessories brand
Strong leadership and management skills
High level of attention to detail
Experience working with CEO and executive team members highly regarded
Passion for growth, development and learnings
