The Role |

We are searching for an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team of their newly opened Macarthur store! You will be the key support and work in collaboration with the Store Manager in creating the best experience for their customers. Leading with their values, this role will be hands on developing the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of the store in day-to-day management. 

This role is a dynamic opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness space. You will work alongside the Store Manager to bring to life events localised to your store as well as managing the business.

The ideal candidate has a love of fitness and likes to move their body each day. You are community minded and look for ways to grow community relationships both within and out of the retail store.

  • You are currently working as an Assistant Manager either in a sports brand or in a fashion brand with an evident passion for fitness and adventure.

  • You are a well-developed leader – you lead from the front and embody a style of leadership that influences and inspires others!

  • A quick decision-maker that uses all information and resources available

  • Adaptable: Thrives in uncertainty and in a fast-paced environment

  • Resilience: Remains persistent, positive and above the line; recovers quickly from setback.

  • Core business knowledge: Is able to quickly understand and address business information.
