The Brand |   

This Melbourne based brand was established in 2017. A founder led business that sells elevated mix and match bedding product - like sheets, quilt covers, and more. They give the customer more flexibility in styling their bedding and create products that primarily use premium natural fibers. They have experienced rapid growth over the last few years and have BIG plans for 2025! We are looking for a spirited Store Manager that will be the face of their first interstate store launching in Westfield Bondi this April.

 The Role | 

This isn’t a typical retail role, but instead an opportunity to bring the brand to life and shape how they the brand translates in the real world as they open more stores across Australia. As the Store Manager you’ll drive a customer-focused team, delivering personalised service, driving a culture of team work and continued training and development. You will be that problem solver and really run this store as if it was your own.

You be partnering closely with members of the Head Office team to drive success in your store. You’ll focus on driving operational excellence and ensure customers enjoy an exceptional in-store experience that keeps them coming back. The team here believe if you do this well, the results will come. 

The Skillset | 

You are an experienced retail leader (3 years + experience), who can engage and motivate the team towards the collective goals. Your leadership style is effortless, and you are passionate about developing your team and leveraging their strengths. You’re accountable, driven and foster a positive culture that is collaborative, and all team are passionate brand ambassadors. In addition, you:

  • Lead by example in all that you do, living and breathing the brands values.

  • Grow and nurture a talented team of brand ambassadors, developing their capabilities and learnings into opportunities for further growth.

  • You lead with a customer first mindset, delivering exceptional customer service and selling skills which create memorable moments for your customers.

  • Have experience in performance management – including delivering constructive feedback and conflict management and complete half-yearly performance reviews on team.

  • Hold strong business acumen and financial skills coupled with a history of achieving sales targets and increased performance.

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills; effective listener.
