A newly created role - we are searching for a Private Client Advisor to join our client who is one of the most luxurious brands in the world – with a renowned product category of RTW, Accessories, Leather goods, and Footwear – this Italian fashion house creates a customer experience that is simply unparalleled. You are well-connected with an established client list, you will be responsible for engaging, retaining and growing your own portfolio of clients as well as new ones.
The Role |
In this role you will be based in Chadstone as a strong Brand Ambassador, who is a leader in style, product knowledge, and clientelling. You're a strong networker and are confident engaging with clients and helping them with sales and after-sales activities. Your client centric approach is effortless and you will proactively develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and high potential new clients and capture client data for the purpose of curating client experiences, while also representing the brand at the highest level.
Represent the boutique and drive client experience with clients
Deliver exceptional customer service
Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S
Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database – driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store
Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
Ensuring products are well-maintained and replenished
Provide strong, personalised service with clients through private appointments
The Skillset |
To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury – if your flair for styling with clients has superseded your management career this role could be ideal for you!
Strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand heritage and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines.
The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions
Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships.
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate reports on the category
Passion for developing and motivating others to achieve performance goals, showing adaptability to work across various learning styles.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
