The Brand |

Established in 2011, our client have curated a collection of their favourite brands from around the world and have brought them to life in their Sydney and Melbourne boutiques. Their stores are filled with pieces picked with love and feature hidden treasures from across Europe, the UK and the US - they define the “if you know you know” trend. This brand is proud to call Fitzroy in Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs home and we are seeking a style-focused and well-networked Store Manager to lead this beautiful location - you will work with an array of sought-after labels, accessories and lifestyle must-haves.

The Role |

Working hand-in-hand with Owner and Founder you will be responsible for the creation and execution of a retail strategy to build a client network, as well managing the day-to-day operations and development of your talented team. This will also include:

  • Delivering exceptional assistance and styling expertise to all clients

  • Developing and maintaining VIP relationships including after sales service and outreach strategies

  • Maintaining exceptional visual standards and cleanliness

  • Driving personal and team sales through client interaction, product knowledge and styling in order to hit and excel set KPI’s  

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves leading and working within a team.

  • 1-3 yrs retail management experience, direct customer service preferred

  • Self motivated, goal orientated focus, growth mindset

  • Experience working and selling with technology

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • The ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. 

  • Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace. 

  • Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships and build personal book

  • Self motivated, goal oriented focus

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
