The Brand |

This Italian Luxury Fashion House is the epitome of elegance; with global Maison’s they are currently focused on an Australian expansion project – creating new opportunities and progression across Sydney and Melbourne. A respected and celebrated Fashion House – we are now seeking a Store Director for their Flagship Sydney boutique.

The Role |

In this role you will be an exceptional networker, well developed in your management career who is well connected with VIP clients, across all product categories RTW, Footwear and Accessories. You will lead a talented team of Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors – nurturing and developing them alongside of the regional management team.

Day to day will see you:                      

  • Set brand standards for delivery of exceptional customer service

  • Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S

  • Design and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate, cross selling, bags business development.

  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations

  • Be a Brand Ambassador in the market to develop the visibility and the reputation of the brand.

  • Implement clienteling and ensure clients engagement, recruitment, retention and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients.

  • Build the best team through team development, recruitment and retention, ensuring career development and succession plans.

  • Grant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedbacks, and fostering their motivation.

 

The Skillset |

  • Luxury customer service background is essential (RTW highly regarded)

  • CRM and VIP building experience

  • Passionate and motivated to achieve

  • Minimum 5 years retail leadership experience preferably in luxury fashion brand

  • Strong passion working for luxury brand

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated team player with outgoing personality

  • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations

  • Ability to communicate with HQ and his team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear strategies.

  • Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.

  • Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills
