The Brand |

Our client is a women’s multi-brand retailer stocking a curated collection of some of the most coveted local and international designers. They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing, and resort wear and they provide their clients with a personalised and elevated retail experience. Originally founded in Canada, they have expanded into Australia over the past 5 years. We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to support three locations across Melbourne and Sydney.

The Role |

Reporting to the Brand Director – you will be responsible for the creation and execution of a retail strategy to build a strong team culture and skillset across all stores.

  • Lead, train, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional, authentic, and genuine customer service that is in line with the brand’s core values  

  • Be accountable for the team’s comprehensive understanding of brand, product knowledge, store presentation and customer experience and service standards  

  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.  

  • Build lasting relationships with your team and customers. Drive sales through personal client outreach. 

  • Create and execute visual merchandising displays across all locations.  

  • Strong decision-making skills and initiative to actively increase sales, brand awareness, and retention.  

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow outstanding teams and a strong focus on customer experience.

  • 2+ yrs Retail management experience in an Australian Designer or International brand

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service 

  • Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships, and build personal book 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus 

  • Organized, timely 

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

  • Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace 

  • Rotating roster
