Encouraging the wearer to feel the best version of themselves expressing personal style with confidence, this product provides durability, fashion and function. We are looking for a passionate Multi Site Manager  who will play an integral part in the this next growth phase and launch of the the brands rebrand! 

The Role |

In this role you will build a strong customer focused environment, always leading by example and inspiring your team across multi sites to be passionate brand ambassadors. You are an integral part of the team in ensuring: maximising sales, and leading day-to-day operations of the store, while ensuring customers receive considered service and styling, making their experience effortless. You will also:

  • Show enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experience. You aim to build those regular customers!

  • Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience.

  • Be comfortable styling outfits and confident curating different looks to suit the needs of your customer.

  • Build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base. 

  • Strive for operational excellence in visual merchandising standards and inventory management.

  • Recruit, select and train team members who embody the brands values.

  • Build strong relationships with the wider team to leverage sales driving, VM and marketing opportunities.

 
  The Skillset |

  • 1-2 years in Multi Site experience preferred or experience with larger team sizes in a retail fashion space. 

  • Managing wage budgets, KPI, and visual merchandise to increase sales.

  • Strong leadership skills demonstrating excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Implement coaching and training strategies to achieve business goals and exceptional customer experience.

  • Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted).
