This brand is a leading children’s footwear retailer - they are a family; supporting you through every step of life’s journey. They provide specialised shoe fitting services for children in over 80 locations across Australia, from a toddler’s first steps to their final school shoe. We are on a mission to find a Store Manager (permanent, full-time) to help lead the dynamic team in Eastgardens.
The Role |

As a leader in the store, you will motivate a passionate team and manage the daily store operations, building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. Additionally, you:
Inspire and help mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy!
Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement
Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work (adhere to state and national OH&S legislation) .
The Skillset |
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
Previous Retail/Store Leadership experience in training, coaching and mentoring team member, 1-2 years leadership experience is preferred.
A warm, welcoming nature and enjoy working with children, with patience and a passion for creating a memorable service experience for our customers
A proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs, effective stock control and visual merchandising
Excellent time management skills
Committed to continuous improvement and learning
Confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
