Our client is a stunning Australian Designer brand that has been creating incredible yet relaxed designs for women for the last 10 years. This Melbourne born brand resonates with women seeking contemporary, timeless garments that transcend seasons. As they continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to join the team in this newly developed role to oversee the smooth operation of our retail stores across NSW.
The Role |
You will be based out of the Bondi Boutique and visiting stores across the working week, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the NSW stores, ensuring consistency and excellence across all 6 locations. You will play a key role in driving sales, developing and mentoring teams and store managers, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every touch point. This role will see you:
Drive sales performance through effective team management, visual merchandising, wage control and customer service initiatives
Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail teams, fostering a positive and motivated working culture
Collaborate with the Head of Retail on strategic planning, stock management, and promotional activities
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback to store managers, implementing strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities for business growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
The Skillset |
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales & managing multiple stores or locations in a retail environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with customers
Passionate about fashion and styling with a deep understanding of current fashion trends.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, ability to think strategically, problem-solve,
Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Sydney as needed
