The Brand |
Our client is one of the most respected Men’s fashion brands founded in Australia and are considered a pioneer in men’s designer fashion. Their teams are genuine, knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building. They are opening a brand new Chermside location in the coming months and we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting new venture!
The Role |
Reporting to the State and National Managers, you will lead the way with your team – you believe that Manager’s have the most impact on the shop floor, and you understand how to create a VIP standard of service that keeps your customers returning. You will be supported by a talented Assistant Manager and wider team of Stylists. You will work to achieve your KPI’s as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all operations.

You have a sense of confidence and style – your ability to lead your team to success will be key here. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your teams.
Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
Professional and results focused leadership style
The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
Adaptable to change
