The Brand |

Our client houses women's luxury fashion spanning across evening, ready-to-wear and bridal. Recognisable for the brand's modern approach to event dressing, inspiring consumers to truly dress for the occasion. Represented across 4 Australian boutiques with a Sydney based Head Office, they have experienced rapid growth in recent years projecting the brand into an inspiring and evolving international presence. An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a motivated and career lead Boutique Manager to join their Flagship Paddington Boutique.  

The Role |

As a Boutique Manager, you will assist in leading the boutique through staff motivation and strategies, admin and a strong sales drive. Developing strong relationships with all levels of staff, and driving the business through the support of management.  

As Boutique Manager, you will lead by:

  • Working with management and team, aiming for budget and developing client relationships, by being motivated and positive  

  • Leading the operations of the boutique, driving growth and enhancing the business to ensure daily tasks run efficiently, whilst boutique is on brand 

  • Creating an environment which is run by positive and fair leadership, whilst empowering staff to grow and strive within the business  

  • Monitoring process and procedures, to assist boutique and staff growth 

  • Effective relationships with colleagues  

The Skillset |

  • Lead and support the existing store team in delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the brand’s values.

  • Have at least 2-3 years Fashion Management experience.

  • Set the standard for customer service and sales in store through the development of store-level initiatives.

  • Build store rosters that promote team development and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure accurate management of timesheets and adherence to wages-to-revenue KPIs.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience that fosters brand loyalty and engagement.

  • Maintain a consistently immaculate store, team, and product presentation that effectively speaks to our brand.
