The Role |
In this role you will be based in the Boutique on Castlereagh St – a busy and growing boutique – as a Brand Ambassador, who is a leader in style, product knowledge, and clientelling. Your client centric approach and flair for styling will be evident, driving customer interaction with new and existing clients.
Represent the boutique and drive client experience with clients
Deliver exceptional customer service
Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S
Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database – driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store
Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
Provide strong, personalised service with clients through private appointments
The Skillset |
To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a background in Australian Designer or Luxury – if your flair for styling with clients has superseded your management career this role could be ideal for you!
Strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand heritage and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines.
The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions
Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships.
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate reports on the category
Passion for developing and motivating others to achieve performance goals, showing adaptability to work across various learning styles.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
Able to work full time.
