The Brand |   

We are searching for a well-connected Client Advisor to join our client who is one of the most luxurious brands in the world – with a renowned product category of RTW, Accessories, Leather goods, and Footwear – this Italian fashion house creates a customer experience that is simply unparalleled.   

 The Role | 

In this role you will be based in Chadstone – a busy and growing boutique – as a strong Brand Ambassador, who is a leader in style, product knowledge, and clientelling. Your client centric approach and flair for styling will be evident, driving customer interaction with new and existing clients.  

  • Represent the boutique and drive client experience with clients 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service 

  • Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S 

  • Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database – driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store 

  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations 

  • Provide strong, personalised service with clients through private appointments 

The Skillset | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury – if your flair for styling with clients has superseded your management career this role could be ideal for you! 

  • Strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand heritage and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines. 

  • The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions 

  • Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships. 

  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate reports on the category 

  • Passion for developing and motivating others to achieve performance goals, showing adaptability to work across various learning styles. 

  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
