The Role |
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand’s ecommerce operations while leading and managing a team. Reporting to the Head of Digital the role focuses on delivering an exceptional online shopping experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Develop and execute the annual ecommerce strategy in collaboration with the Head of Digital.
Manage and optimise the ecommerce website, ensuring functionality, performance, and content align with brand standards.
Lead and mentor the Ecommerce Coordinator, setting clear goals and fostering professional growth.
Analyse website performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and user experience.
Oversee the ecommerce calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with customer service to address site-related issues and enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate on new website features, functionalities, and updates, bringing development expertise where needed.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the website at the forefront of the industry.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of all online initiatives.
The Skillset |
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in ecommerce management or related field
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CX, CRM, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
