The Brand |

The brand is a leading retailer in the children’s footwear space- they are a family; supporting you through every step of life’s journey. They provide specialised shoe fitting services for children in over 80 locations across Australia, from a toddler’s first steps to their final school shoe. We are on a mission to find a Dual Site Manager (permanent, part - time, 31hrs a week) to help lead the dynamic team in Pacific Fair and Robina - Myer Concession stores.

The Role |

As a leader in the store, you will motivate a passionate team and manage the daily store operations across the 2 locations, building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. 

You will inspire and help mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy! 

The Skillset |

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:   

  • Previous Retail/Store Leadership experience in training, coaching and mentoring team member 

  • A warm, welcoming nature and enjoy working with children, with patience and a passion for creating a memorable service experience for our customers  

  • A proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs, effective stock control and visual merchandising  

  • Excellent time management skills  

  • Committed to continuous improvement and learning  

  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels  

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights and full-time availability
