The Role |
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital & eCommerce Manager to drive the next stage of online growth in a truly transformative time for the business. We’re looking for someone analytical, who thinks outside the box and knows how to drive online sales. You must love fashion, have an innate passion and an understanding of trend.
The Digital & eCommerce Manager supports the Head of Digital in executing and refining the company’s overarching digital strategy. This role is responsible for managing paid media campaigns, analysing conversion rate optimization (CRO) metrics, and providing an exceptional online shopping experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Specifically, you will:
Drive paid media strategy & execution - develop, execute, and optimise performance-driven paid media and display campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and Programmatic.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, implementing A/B testing to maximise ROI and reduce CPA.
Identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging platforms and trends.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Lead CRO initiatives across our digital assets, including landing pages and website and email funnels, to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, brand, merchandise to design and execute growth strategies tailored to business objectives.
Drive acquisition and retention strategies with a keen focus on scaling customer acquisition channels
Ecommerce Strategy & Planning - collaborate with the Head of Digital to develop and implement the annual ecommerce strategy.
Own and manage the ecommerce calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and seasonal timelines.
Website Management & Optimisation - Oversee the creation and maintenance of website content, including homepage updates, product pages, and promotions.
Implement strategies to enhance website performance, navigation, and conversion rates.
Lead efforts to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
The Skillset |
3+ years in digital marketing, with proven expertise in scaling paid media accounts.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Hotjar, Data Studio) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager). Strong proficiency in Excel.
Proven experience in ecommerce coordination, preferably within the fashion industry.
Understanding of ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and SEO best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
