This brand is sourcing a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis! The Role |

We’re seeking an energetic, experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate this brand, increase in-store foot traffic, and engage with a growing community of fashion enthusiasts. Reporting directly to the Founder, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and foot traffic.

  • Social media: Developing and overseeing cohesive content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Email Marketing: Managing campaigns like welcome series, newsletters, and promotions to nurture customer relationships with Klaviyo.

  • Content Creation: Collaborating with the sales team, customers, consignors, and, content creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

  • Influencer Partnerships: Building relationships and tracking the success of collaborations.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Measuring campaign effectiveness through key metrics.

  • Liaison with External Agencies: Work with outsourced teams, such as paid advertising specialists and social media agencies, to ensure alignment with the brand’s marketing strategy.

  • Event Support: Planning and executing in-store and community events.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs.

  • E-commerce Growth & Website Management. Developing and managing digital strategies for E-Commerce growth and managing the website in alignment with business goals. Must have experience in managing the Shopify website.  


The Skillset |

  • 3+ years in marketing within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing and e-commerce platforms, Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • A passion for sustainable fashion and knowledge of circular economy principles (a bonus).
