The Role |
We are looking for a special individual who has a passion for all things fashion, is a strong leader and a passionate stylist.
Key Responsibilities include:
Creating a memorable experience for clients with a focus on building last relationships
Motivating and leading a team of stylists to meet your key store targets
Overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of the boutique
Be accountable for the team’s comprehensive understanding of brand, product knowledge, store presentation and customer experience and service standards
Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space
Strong decision making skills and initiative to actively increase sales, brand awareness and retention when on the boutique floor
The Skillset |
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A minimum of 3 years managing a team in a fashion retail environment
Proven ability to drive key sales outcomes
Experience in driving and delivering an exceptional customer experience
The ability to influence, coach and mentor others
Exceptional organisational skills
