We are looking for the next Boutique Manager of their Flagship Toorak Boutique.  

The Role |

We are looking for a special individual who has a passion for all things fashion, is a strong leader and a passionate stylist.   

Key Responsibilities include:  

  • Creating a memorable experience for clients with a focus on building last relationships

  • Motivating and leading a team of stylists to meet your key store targets  

  • Overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of the boutique  

  • Be accountable for the team’s comprehensive understanding of brand, product knowledge, store presentation and customer experience and service standards  

  • Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space   

  • Strong decision making skills and initiative to actively increase sales, brand awareness and retention when on the boutique floor  

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • A minimum of 3 years managing a team in a fashion retail environment  

  • Proven ability to drive key sales outcomes  

  • Experience in driving and delivering an exceptional customer experience  

  • The ability to influence, coach and mentor others  

  • Exceptional organisational skills
