As a Boutique Manager, you will be a strong brand ambassador, leading your team in retail excellence, developing client relationships, and working collaboratively to deliver strong sales results. We are looking for the next inspiring leader of their Flagship Double Bay boutiqe!
The Role |
Management of the boutique and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates
Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of accumulative budgets weekly/monthly and quarterly
Drive and motivate to achieve success
Customer focus mind set
Emphasis on constant and effective communication
Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards

Has come from a retail or sales environment
