The Role |
We are searching for a seasoned, motivated and well-connected Wholesale Manager who has established contacts within Australia & New Zealand to drive wholesale sales and expand their network of stockists. RTW experience is essential in this role. The Wholesale Manager will be the driving force behind expanding their wholesale presence, working directly to identify and secure new wholesale accounts. You will identify and target aligned brand partners – driving brand awareness and elevating their wholesale channel in the process.
Reporting to the Head of Market - you will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts, managing relationships with existing wholesale partners, and directly driving efforts to ensure our success in entering more retailers and partner groups across the country. This is a hands-on role where you will balance strategic oversight with active sales engagement, helping to shape the wholesale growth strategy and overseeing its execution.
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement wholesale strategies aimed at expanding the wholesale footprint and increasing market share.
Market Analysis: Monitor retail trends and competitor activity to continuously refine strategies for new market penetration and to identify emerging opportunities.
Sales Performance Management: Take responsibility for achieving revenue targets, focusing on new account acquisition and revenue growth. Provide regular updates and reports on progress.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure successful product launches, stock availability, and promotional campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and KPIs, including new account acquisition, revenue growth, and partner retention.
The Skillset |
You have developed an indisputable reputation in RTW wholesale, a seasoned expert in Wholesale who is a true networker and connector, you know how to leverage your network in order to drive brand awareness and commercial success. Existing relationships with aspirational brands and majors is essential in this role
An individual who is a self-starter, motivated by hitting targets and growing businesses and is an exceptional sales gun!
Have current relationship with Australian and NZ aspirational fashion retailers including the majors
Excellent organisation, agile and adaptable – you are able to think laterally to achieve what you need to
Analytical, you know your accounts, you know your numbers and you know where the opportunities are.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to achieve targets/ budgets by actioning goals & objectives.
Align planning & execution in line with Key Account strategies & market requirements –engaging with key Stakeholders.
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams.
Strong oral and written communication
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, with an ability to work independently.
Experience in market expansion and wholesale growth strategies is highly preferred.

There is a strong salary offering plus incentives and wardrobe allowance. This is an initial WFH opportunity, but the successful profile must be based in Sydney with flexibility to travel (This role will require regular interstate travel and one to two annual international trips)
