Our client is one of the most respected Men’s fashion brands founded in Australia and are considered a pioneer in men’s designer fashion. Their teams are genuine, knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building. We are looking for Full-time Sales Associates to join some of their key Sydney locations - CBD, Bondi Junction & Parramatta.
The Role |
We are looking for polished, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants. You will be skilled in developing relationships with clients – ensuring VIP clientele are supported and you will be a strong styling expert – able to work one on one with customers in the fitting room to provide the levels of service this brand is renowned for.
The Skillset |
You have a great passion for styling and fashion – although experience is not necessary. We are looking for outgoing, professional, and authentic people who embody this brands values. You are confident and understand what amazing customer service looks like.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
An understanding of how to generate repeat business through providing luxury service
The ability to learn and develop in a changing environment
Self-motivated and passionate about reaching and exceeding KPI's and targets
An innovative thinker that is willing to receive feedback and always try new things
