They have been on a growth trajectory this year opening inspired, elevated retail spaces across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.  This Melbourne born brand resonates with women seeking contemporary, timeless garments that transcend seasons. As part of their expansion, they are searching for a Boutique Manager to lead the team at their brand-new store in Doncaster.

The Role |

As a leader in their boutique, you are responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture by leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. This role, working full-time Tuesday-Saturday, will have you inspire and mentor your team to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins, and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy.   • Inspire and mentor a diverse team of enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy 

  • Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement

  • Effectively manage the wage costs in store and roster for success 

  • Recruit, select, and train like-minded team members 

  • Are a passionate brand ambassador

  • Oversee store operations including stock room management and immaculate store presentation (visual merchandising)

  • Drive and excel in providing an amazing customer experience in-store through seasonal events

  • Develop & maintain relationships with VIPs

  • Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage control

The Skillset |

To set you up for success we see you bringing an amazing energy and focus on customer experience and clienteling. Ideally you will have;

  • You have previous Concession or Assistant Management experience built in an environment of 1:1 customer experience  

  • You understand how to create a memorable service experience for customers 

  • You have experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members 

  • You have a proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs
