We are sourcing a Store Manager to join the team at this leading swimwear brand in Chatswood. This brand is open to experienced Assistant Managers looking for their first Store Manager opportunity.
The Role |
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store including the leadership and management of your team, financial targets, store presentation, inventory management, and wage control. You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, development, driving sales, and a high-performance culture within your business.
Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example for the team in maintaining professional standards.
Learn and promote relevant knowledge of all products, showing a passion for the brand’s premium quality.
Drive sales across the team to achieve sales budgets and KPIs.
Demonstrate and monitor correct use of all POS and time-keeping systems.
Maintain impeccable housekeeping and store presentation standards, in keeping with company guidelines.
Manage all inventory according to company policies and direction.
Coach and develop your team and provide feedback on individual performance in line with our values.
Promote and support all store sales events and promotions.
Complete all team rosters and timesheets every week.
Support recruitment of employees to ensure a fully resourced store team.
The Skillset |
3-5 years experience as a store manager for an apparel brand.
An ability to work Saturdays and public holidays.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong and demonstrable inventory and stock management skills.
Confidence to sell to all Speedo customers with a genuine customer-centric attitude.
A strong leader, who drives success through team performance.
An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-orientated.
A knowledge and appreciation of safe handling requirements and a strong adherence to Health & Safety.
