The Brand |

This rapidly expanding ASX-listed company is seeking an accomplished Regional Manager to oversee its operations across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. As a key strategic leader, you will play an integral role in shaping the region’s success, driving performance, and fostering a high-performance culture. Based in Victoria, this position will lead a team of six Area Managers, each responsible for guiding and supporting store teams across the three states. With a strong emphasis on leadership, operational excellence, and regional growth, this role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional who is committed to driving sustainable success and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Regular travel to stores will be essential to maintain close engagement with teams and operational priorities.

The Role |

You’ll report directly to the National Sales Manager, with regular interaction with members of the Senior Leadership Team, including Marketing, Products, HR, and Finance. As a Regional Manager, you will take pride in creating a supportive and high-performance work environment. Your leadership will empower your Area Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales growth and operational excellence. This brand has a strong belief that leadership needs to spend time on the floor with the team.

  • Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales performance while ensuring that your teams consistently provide exceptional customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.

  • Leadership & Coaching: Lead by example to inspire and develop your team. Foster a positive and collaborative culture that motivates individuals to perform at their best.

  • Operational Management: Champion retail strategies to meet regional KPIs, including customer service, visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation, ensuring each location aligns with the brand’s values.

  • Team Development: Recruit and develop a dedicated team focused on customer service excellence. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to empower growth.

  • Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe environment for all employees.

The Skillset |

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and financial goals.

  • Strong ability to manage, motivate, and influence a large team across multiple locations.

  • Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles and in-store presentation.

  • A passion for retail and customer experience.

  • Ability to travel across the region, holding a valid driver’s license.

  • Previous multi-regional management experience is essential

  • Previous experience with apparel retail is highly desirable
