You will lead a team of talented professionals, setting the standard for excellence in customer service, sales, and store operations.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and creativity.
Create an unforgettable customer experience by delivering personalized service and building meaningful relationships with each customer.
Oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring flawless visual merchandising, and a pristine environment that reflects our brand’s values.
Champion the BBRC brand’s core principles, from product knowledge to customer interactions, ensuring that every detail aligns with our global vision.
Curate an inviting and serene environment that feels like an escape, inviting customers into the world of our new brand.
Motivate and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and passion to deliver outstanding results.

Proven success as a Store Manager/Assistant Manager or in a leadership role, with experience in fashion, beauty, or wellness brands.
A deep understanding of what it means to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
