In a new partnership with a stunning emerging Aus Designer brand - we are now seeking a Marketing Manager in a part time role (the perfect role for a parent returning to work who needs some flexibility!)
Their designs are crafted with a vision that transcends trends - timeless designs intended to be a cherished part of your wardrobe for years to come.
This brand has both eCommerce and Wholesale channels both local and global since launch a year ago and their trajectory of growth has been nothing short of inspiration. With a dedication to ethical sourcing and transparent manufacturing – they are committed to creating pieces that last and are made honestly and responsibly. We are now seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to continue to propel their marketing strategy forward and drive brand awareness both locally and internationally.
The Role |
Reporting to the Founder and Creative Director – you will work closely with a tight knit team based in Prahran.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand’s vision, values, and business objectives.
Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional media.
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient resource allocation.
Measure and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
The Skillset |
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong background in marketing and digital, including social media, content creation, and performance marketing.
Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Extensive experience in agency and creative brief development and execution.
Experience managing agency relations across scope development and budget negotiation.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through brand campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is based onsite in Prahran 3 days a week with the possibility to move into a full time role as the company continues to grow.
