The Role |

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead their team – reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer – you will bring extensive experience in a high revenue business. This is an opportunity to build out a global marketing strategy and marketing infrastructure for a business that will scale quickly.

  • Marketing Calendar: Develop market-specific marketing calendars by channel and day

  • P&L Accountability - Owning and driving the P&L for the marketing function

  • Content Strategy: Create on-site content plans and organic social strategies for each market, including content briefs and timelines.

  • Influencer & PR Management: Onboard and manage influencer and PR agencies, create standard contracts, and oversee campaigns.

  • Creative Briefing: Provide clear briefs for content creation across digital channels (web, email, social), including image and copy requirements.

  • Campaign Launches: Oversee launch briefs for PR, influencers, and events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand objectives.

  • Sample & Product Coordination: Manage product samples for content shoots, mapping to campaigns and acquisition channels.

  • Social Media & Email: Set up and manage organic and paid social accounts, integrate analytics tags, and lead email acquisition strategies.

  • Reporting & KPIs: Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics and costs.

  • Competitor & Talent Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and support talent selection for campaigns and content shoots

The Skillset |

  • Extensive marketing knowledge and expertise across a high revenue business within the retail industry

  • Highly analytical and data driven – Advanced experience with media negotiations to amplify the media budget. 

  • Extensive experience as a marketing senior leader

  • Solid experience developing retail and brand campaigns to drive customer engagement, revenue and profit. 

  • Understanding of the full customer journey, from search, to website/in-store, to purchase. 

  • Relevant marketing qualifications. 

  • Proven success in leading, developing, implementing marketing strategies within a controlled budget environment. 

  • Proven problem-solving ability. 

  • Exceptional inter-personal, planning, management, and communication skills.
