The Brand |

This purpose led brand creates stunning ethical and sustainable fine jewellery – with showrooms across Australia and New Zealand, and an imminent international expansion plan – this is an incredible opportunity to join the team as Head of Brand & Marketing.

The Role |

In this key leadership role, you will own and execute the marketing strategy – leading a team of marketing and brand specialists to drive brand identity, customer experience, and ultimately business outcomes.

  • Instil a culture of innovation within the team, mentoring others to generate and execute bold creative ideas rooted in strategic insight.

  • Represent the voice of the brand across the business, connecting with production & operations, and retail teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in all external-facing work.

  • Oversee and ensure delivery of the brand marketing calendar in line with business targets, including high impact campaigns, launches and seasonal activity.

  • Manage team resources, budgets and external partnerships efficiently and transparently, aligned with performance goals.

The Skillset |

  • Proven experience in brand leadership within a growing, customer-focused business, ideally in a consumer brand with strong digital foundations.

  • Evident ability to operate at a strategic level while managing and mentoring a high-performing team.

  • Experience leading high-performing teams through change, ambiguity and growth, modelling resilience and inspiring action

  • Strong capability in people leadership and team development, including performance management, delegation, workflow design, and professional growth.

  • Experience embedding data and analytics into brand and marketing functions, driving performance insights, reporting frameworks, and evidence-based decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, customer engagement analytics, and brand health indicators.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions and levels of seniority.

  • Experience building and maintaining brand systems, frameworks and governance tools that enable creativity at scale.

  • Experience within a high-growth, founder-led business or scale-up environment.

  • Familiarity with the fine jewellery or luxury consumer goods category.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and digital reporting dashboards.
