The Brand |
Our client is an internationally renowned leading health and beauty brand with a range of products that focus on beauty from within. With an engaged and driven team that live and breath their ethos they are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join their team on a parental leave contract (12 months) .
The Role |
We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Specialist to continue to execute the brand strategy online, increasing awareness and sales. Working in collaboration with the Head of Ecommerce you will develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue across global markets. This 12 month contract for an E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of E-Commerce activities for platforms globally. The role works in partnership with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Working with the E-Commerce Manager to develop E-Commerce strategies to drive E-commerce conversion, subscription and loyalty.
Efficiently implement the E-Commerce strategy to continue to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.
Setting up promotional campaigns in line with planning activity, for specific audiences with comprehensive messaging and thorough testing.
Assessing and analysing the user experience, optimising through a test and learn approach.
Maintaining knowledge of new technologies and strategies to improve E-Commerce performance with focus on conversion optimisation.
Working efficiently with Web Developers and external providers, to execute integrations & new technology/platform solutions.
Driving conversion optimisation and utilise A/B testing
Ensuring website is consistently up to date and aligned to marketing calendars, product launches, TGA requirements etc
Working closely with Supply Chain and Sales to set up bundles, NPD and SKUs on Shopify
Ensuring product is optimally merchandised, product information and pricing is up to date on the website.
Ensuring search, navigation and browsing capabilities are user friendly.
Conducting regular analysis on all core e-commerce KPI’s including site traffic, conversion, AOV, channel performance, page performance and shopping behaviour to present in weekly trade meetings
Reviewing and recommends tactics for E-Commerce platform, to drive profitability, increased site visitors, improved conversion rates and increased basket size using paid and organic methods.
Monitoring e-commerce performance via Google Analytics, Shopify and Triple Whale and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Reporting on E-commerce performance and trends relative to market benchmarks.
Co-ordinating all EDM briefs and builds all BAU and promotional email sends via Klaviyo in line with the marketing and trade calendar.
Co-ordinating all Paid advertising briefs and manages delivery to agencies in accordance to campaign deadlines.
Supporting the execution of a global SEO and content strategy to drive organic growth and enhance online visibility.
The Skillset |
3 + years’ experience in E-Commerce role
Experience managing websites on the Shopify E-Commerce platform
Experience utilising Google Analytics to monitor & report on E-Commerce website performance
Strong understanding of, and interest in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce industry trends
Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude.
Works collaboratively with the Marketing Team to achieve team objectives.
Clear and positive communication with all departments.
