Our client is THE company in contemporary fashion – with a global presence of 20 stores across 7 countries, and sold in major department stores and online. Infused with energy but embodying simplistic and elevated design – this brand is dedicated to the highest quality fabrications and sought after pieces for the everyday wardrobe. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Boutique Manager to lead their newest location in QV, Melbourne.
The Role |
Reporting to the Retail Director – you will be responsible for the creation and execution of a retail strategy to build a client network in the CBD, as well managing the day-to-day operations and development of your talented team. This will also include:
Delivering exceptional assistance and styling expertise to all clients
Developing and maintaining VIP relationships including after sales service and outreach strategies
Maintaining exceptional visual standards and cleanliness
Driving personal and team sales through client interaction, product knowledge and styling in order to hit and excel set KPI’s
The Skillset |
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves leading and working within a team.
1-3 yrs retail management experience, direct customer service preferred
Self motivated, goal orientated focus, growth mindset
Experience working and selling with technology
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace.
Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships and build personal book

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
