Our client houses women's luxury fashion spanning across evening, ready-to-wear and bridal. Recognisable for their modern approach to event dressing and loved by celebrities and influences both locally and internationally they have experienced rapid growth in recent years. An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a motivated and customer driven Assistant Boutique Manager to join the team at their Paddington boutique in Sydney. 

The Role | 

As the Assistant Boutique Manager you will work along side the senior leadership team to motivate and inspire your team, handling the administrative responsibilities in the boutique, and have a strong sales drive. Building new relationships with customers and growing relationships with current VIP customers will be key! As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will lead by:

  • Working with management and team aiming for budget and developing client relationships, by being motivated and positive.

  • Assisting with the operations of the boutique, driving growth and enhancing the business to ensure daily tasks run efficiently, whilst boutique is on brand.

  • Creating an environment which is run by positive and fair leadership.

  • Monitoring process and procedures, to assist boutique and team growth.

  • Build effective relationships with colleagues and key stake holders.

The Skills | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who:

  • Is a dedicated people leader

  • Has come from a retail or sales environment

  • Previous experience overseeing team in a similar role or supervisor role.

  • The ideal team player: ability to work independently and apart of a collaborative team. 

  • Working through difficult situations and direct problem solving
