The Brand |

Our client is a women’s multi-brand luxury retailer stocking a curated collection of some of the most coveted local and international designers. They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing and resort wear and they provide their clients with a personalized and elevated retail experience. They have expanded recently to include a stunning Paddington Sydney space, and we are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong background in visual merchandising to join their team.

The Role |

You will work alongside the Store Manager and with the in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience. You will also take the lead on executing the VM strategy instore including any displays, window dressing etc.

As an ASM you will:

  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador and provide best in class service to their customers, on their terms, in store & digitally.

  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals. 

  • Manage strong execution of creative campaigns through in-store displays and product presentation

  • Manage the visual presentation of the store including in-store execution of marketing and special events

  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise

  • Build lasting relationships with customers. Drive sales through personal client outreach.

  • Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space

  • Assist with daily store operations; (not limited to) inventory management, online fulfillment, visual merchandising.  

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves working with a team. You will also have:

  • 1-3 yrs retail sales experience, direct customer service preferred

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service

  • Exceptional personal presentation and knowledge of brands stocked

  • Evident talent and experience in instore visual merchandising

  • Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships and build personal book

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace

  • Must be able to work a Sunday – Thursday roster
