This is a rare opportunity to join the team as the Assistant Manager of their iconic and fast-paced Emporium Boutique.
 
The Role | 
 
In this role you will have a clear passion and understanding of the customer base, aesthetic and driving a retail business – this is the ideal role for someone looking for a Boutique role where you will work in one of the brand’s Flagship locations, working with a dynamic customer base in a busy environment. You will help to lead a small team, be entrepreneurial in nature, able to work independently and understand how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.  With huge growth potential this is an amazing opportunity!  In this role you will be responsible for:   

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at pace, you will be busy and need to be able to serve multiple customers at a time without comprising on service

  • Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S  

  • Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database – driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store  

  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies  

  • Lead, develop, motivate and support your team in a dynamic and inspirational manner  

  • Manage and ensure stock levels are at an optimum level to maximize sales  

  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations  

The Skillset | 
 
The successful talent might have a background similar to this:   

  • Premium customer service background  

  • 2+ years as an ASM in a designer or premium brand  

  • CRM and VIP building experience  

  • Stock management experience   

  • Strong leadership and team building expertise  

  • Proven experience overseeing the daily operations of a retail store ensuring optimum efficiency, productivity and performance to budgets.
