As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be a strong brand ambassador – fostering a collaborative work environment that delivers strong sales results and builds excellent client relationships. We are looking for the next inspiring leader of their Emporium Boutique.
The Role |
Coach, develop and inspire your team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards.
Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service and continue to develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.
Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of store budgets and continually identify opportunities to improve performance.
Demonstrate through attitude and action a strong understanding of the company values, policies and procedures.
Ability to build and nurture workable and effective relationships with team members.
