Our great friend Naishadh Gadani - hosts a LinkedIn Live every week and is famous for his infographics - he posted one last week about this very paradox. How Talent Acquisition teams start at the bottom of the paradox with proactive activity first and then leading all the way to reactive activity.  Job seekers though? They have typically engaged when they need something ie a job and start with reactive activity first before building up to the proactive activity. 

We know that the PROACTIVE actions are going to:

- ensure you stand out from the crowd

- possibly get you a quicker answer than you would through reactive channels 

- build your network and strengthen relationships - the flow-on effects of which are immeasurable!
